We require a £50 booking fee to secure your photo session with Family Moments Photography.
This deposit is non-refundable, and will be deducted from the total due on the day of your photoshoot.

When will my images be ready after the shoot? 

Your images will be edited to our highest standards, and delivered up to 14 days from when you send us your selection of the images.

What should we wear? 

Maternity session:

You are welcome to bring​ anything you wish to wear to your Maternity session, however we do have a few dresses that our client(s) can use during the session. This can be discussed prior to your photo shoot.

 

Newborn:

We have some props available for the photo shoot, however you would need to supply your baby's outfit changes.

Can we purchase additional photos? 

Yes, you can purchase additional photos at £20 or £25 depending on the package chosen.

Also you can purchase all RAW files for £99.

Are the images high resolution? 

Yes, all the photo files will be delivered digitally in high resolution JPGs format. 

 

When should we arrive?

We ask you to please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled photoshoot. If you are 15 minutes late, the session maybe cancelled, depending of Family Moments schedule.

Can we reschedule or receive a refund?

The deposit is non-refundable, however the session can be rescheduled to a different day in accordance to Family Moments' availability. No refunds are issued.

How many people can we include in the photo shoot?

You can include up to 3 family members to get your pictures taken. If you require more people to attend, please contact us beforehand to discuss further.
